Hello all,

Does anybody know any ZX Spectrum emulator for Amiga? I posted it before, and
Ivan Borzieri sent me some informations about a italian product. But i can't
contact him directly! Hi Ivan, if you are reading it, please send me the
product's name.

Thanks

                                            Gelson

Do you really mean this? A ZX Spectrum emulator? Whew, great!
Can anyone mail me some more information? Would be great to
play some good old Spectrum games on the Amy.

I once saw someone run a spectrum emulator (designed for the '64) under the
'64 emulator. It seemed to work OK (at least for BASIC), but (do I need to
say it?) it was S-L-O-W. (Sorry, I don't have it anymore).

To all people with some interest on a ZX Spectrum emulator, this is the
letter I received from Ivan Borzieri: (type errors probably are mine)

>Hi Gelson, how are you?

After this, I didn't receive any more informations ...

Due to many Email requests I am posting the location of the ZX Spectrum
Emulator for the Amiga.

It's on 128.155.23.64 (anonymous FTP) - Nasa larc20

It's in the /incoming/amiga/ directory.

and it's called Spectrum00.lzh

BTW, you need an image of the computer's rom to make the emulator operate
properly. The author won't give the rom image out, so you'll either need
to find someone with a ZX and do a memory dump, or type it in (all 16k of
it) from a hardware reference manual.

Later,
Alex.
