[net.general] Looking for ARPA address in DC

     I am trying to find  the  network  path  to  the  person  or
persons  that  can  be  communicated with using paper mail at the
following address:

          Hq. U.S. Air Force
          ACDX
          Washington, DC  20330

I'm trying to obtain the test programs  the  government  uses  to
validate  a Fortran 77 compiler against the supplemental Military
Standard MIL-STD-1753.  The address above is all the info I have.

     I'm hoping the net will prove faster than the Postal Service
and  the  other  red  tape  I  have to go through to mail a paper
letter.  If anyone out there can point me in the right  direction
it will be greatly appreciated.
