Teklabs is not talking very well these days. The preferred path to
sites within Tektronix is through tektronix.
All tek sites are (logically) directly connected to tektronix.
Any sites that previously talked to teklabs for mail should send me
mail, or phone me, so that we can arrange connection to tektronix.
