I have experienced a lot of problems when using PROCOMM 2.4.x and having it not keep up with the cursor keys and sometimes losing characters when refreshing the screen in a full screen application. I talked with the people at Datastorm and they were unaware of a problem (even with all the initial noise on readnews). Recently the noise died down... (I don't know why). I followed it up. The problem is only apparent when using a standard speed PC with a Color Graphics Adapter. So much time is wasted waiting for vertical retrace period to write to screen with out snow on the CGA that there is too much to do in the remaining time. An AT or a turbo PC can catch up but a regular PC is too slow. Datastorm has a fix for the problem so there should be a solution available soon I hope. Procomm IS a good program but I had serious reservations about it when I saw how poor 2.4.x performed, I hope 2.4.3 (Is this next?) will again restore my confidence! tj
