Does anyone know of a package for IBM PCs which will provide:
o Multitasking (2-3 programs at once -- I don't need 20)
o Ability to have "tasks" in languages and have them sleep
until I send them a signal from another task or until they
notice a condition. (sleep until cond. do and the back to
sleep.)
