I am looking for any information regarding fast disk controllers for
the IBM PC family.
Wanted: the name brand and model number of your controller, hard disk, and
machine, the interleave you are using, with the time it takes to copy a 300k
file with DOS verify off. Also important is the BIOS revision if you know
what that is.
An example is :
Compaq Deskpro, Western Digital 1002S-WX2 bios v3.9, Seagate ST225, Int=6,
about 5.8 seconds.
