[comp.sys.ibm.pc] Cartridge Tape Drive for PC <==> microVAX II

I am looking for a cartridge tape drive, adapter board, and
software that I can plug into an IBM PC/XT that will allow
me to read/write tapes that can be written/read on a microVAX II
with the 95Mbyte cartridge system.  Does anyone know of such
a device?  Thanks for your responses.
