AT Compatible Mail Order Experiences?

I would like to know if any one has experience with PC compatible
type hardwares from the following two companies:

PC's Limited and PC Designs. 

These two companies are regular advertisers to magazines such as
PC and have been regularly reviewed in those as well.  What I 
would specifically like to know is some more longer term usage
experiences that people might have had.
