[comp.sys.ibm.pc] Responses to Problem with INCLUDEs inside MACROs in MASM 4.00?

If anyone responded in the last three days to my posting of the problem I
found in MASM 4.00, dealing with its mishandling of INCLUDEs inside MACRO
definitions, please resend.  Our mail system has had its problems and this
is the first day we've received netnews since Monday.  Instead of reposting
