[net.general] CCA's absence from the net

CCA was cut off from the net (both usenet and uucpnet) from April 4th
through April 19th, largely due to 4.2BSD conversion.  Any mail
directed to or through CCA during this time may have been lost.  If
you sent mail to or through CCA during this time and have not gotten
an expected reply, I would recommend sending it again.
