[comp.sys.ibm.pc] Microsoft customer "support"

I have always found Microsoft to have very good customer support, certainly
better than companies like some other companies I know of. As an example, 
I needed a new track ball for my mouse, called Microsoft, and they sent 
me a new ball in two weeks at *NO* charge.

Also, Microsoft doesn't support MS-DOS at the retail level. We sell
a version of MS-DOS called NCR-DOS and support all of our customers'
problems with it.
