First I'd like to thank all of those nice people who were kind enough to respond to my earlier query about which hard disk controllers were compatible with IBM's in order that I may run PC/IX. Some people told me where to buy the Xebec hard disk controller, some suggested that I try the DTC contoller which is also com- patible, some even offered to sell me their IBM hard disk with controller. Again, many thinks to these considerate folks. I was just about to take the plunge and buy a hard disk system, when the net began its recent discussion regarding RLL controllers. That started me thinking once again. I have but one question: Are there any RLL controllers which are IBM compatible? It'd be nice to both be able to run PC/IX as well as increase the capacity of the hard disk. Any takers on this one?
