I'm thinking of buying a turbo pc with 20MB hard disk from PC's Limited in Austin, Texas. It's the best price/performance package i could find. Has anyone had any experience with that machine or the company? They offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee and 1 yr limited warranty which is pretty confidence inspiring.

Most reports are good: Several people have said that the machines are
fine if they work on arrival, but warranty repairs can hold your machine
up for an extra 30 days. I don't think the company honors the 30 day
money back guarantee to the letter. I know of one place that got a
defective machine, and was not allowed to exchange it for a new one.
They just had to wait in the repair queue. Since the problem had to
do with a part that overheated and burnt the board a little, I
would have been disatisfied with receiving a "new" product in that
condition.
