[comp.sys.ibm.pc] Application libraries in c

I should like to have information about Lattice-c (or Microsoft c)
application libraries which include functions for decimal arithmetic,
random file access, keyed record access, various string and text formatting
and whatever else might be useful for business applications.  Which exist and,
more importantly, which are good?
