I have a friend who is looking for the authors of a public domain 8086 disassembler, written a few years ago. The names, J.Gersbach and J.Damke, appear on the disk. If anyone has heard of them, or knows of their whereabouts, please post (or mail me). Thanks in advance! cathy@mica.BERKELEY.EDU

Cathy, The program you reference (ASMGEN by J. Gersbach & J. Damke) is not in the public domain. An earlier version of the program did not have J. Damke as one of the authors. The earlier version, version 1, is in the public domain an can be found on many BBoards, etc. I know of no way to obtain a copy of later versions of the ASMGEN program. Regards, Paul
