Here's a chart that may be useful if you're working with (or thinking
or buying) one of those new EGA cards that supports 480 lines.
It has been checked, but I don't guarentee its accuracy.
If you have new information or corrections, send them to me via e-mail,
and I will post a revised copy.

To enter one of these modes via BIOS,
place 0 in AH and the mode number in AL, and execute INT 10h.
To enter one of these modes with Nansi.sys version 2.6,
send the escape sequence ESC[=#h, where # is the decimal
representation of the mode number.
(Version 2.2 of Nansi.sys may work, but won't handle new screen heights).
Monitor types
'ec' means either a 350-line EGA monitor or a multisync may be used
'mono' means a 350-line IBM Monochrome Display
'multi' means only a multisync monitor (NEC, Sony, etc) may be used
Note: Genoa's card is new, and information not yet available.
Quadram's card seems to have **NO** BIOS support, just drivers
for Windows and Lotus... maybe we should boycott it.
