I got a couple of answers to my previous posting suggesting I open the
CONFIG.SYS file and parse it myself. While this might be acceptable in
some cases, it often won't work. There are lots of floppy-based users
out there, and you really have no idea what they might be booting off of.
Also, before posting the question, I did check whether the program I have,
called TELLALL, was reading the stuff out of my CONFIG.SYS. It's not, so
it is definitely using some DOS function or data-structure that I am
unaware of. I'm kind of surprised nobody knows how to do this...
