Hello out there!! I have a question that I hope can be answered by somebody. I have just aquired a NEC V20 chip and all is well except that a warm reboot is totally out of the question. Whenever I try <ctrl alt del> the screen goes blank and and the cursor appears in the upper left of the screen just like it is ready to reboot but then the cursor dissappears and the machine locks up. The only way to reboot is to reach for that nasty red switch (kinda tough on hard disks from what I understand). The computer is not an IBM but a Turbo88 XT and I've never had any hardware or software incompatablilities before. Really I've always wanted to install a warm reset button anyway but not being hardware oriented I really haven't the foggiest how to go about this. I'm sure this must have been posted before so sorry if it has. Any help would be terrific. Thanx in advance. (umm me)
