I just received a letter from a Valerie Hanson (2BSD Dist. Coordinator) concerning our request for a license. She says "Right now there is a big backlog since the tape wasn't made for a year - should be cleared up by June 1st." Our initial order, made 15 August, hasn't yet arrived, though.
