[comp.sys.ibm.pc] DOS 'Dirty bit'

dalegass@dalcs.UUCP (05/01/87)

Could somebody refresh my memory here? I need info about DOS's dirty bit...
I realize the address of this can be found by callint function 34 of int 21.
I thought that DOS executed some interrupt upon finishing it's interrupt 21
as well, which can be used to pick up with a 'clean' DOS. I had this
interrupt from the net once, but I seemed to have lost it. Looking at the
disassembly of DOS, it appears like it might be INT 2Ah, but this doesn't
seem to occur after DOS like it shoud :-(

Any suggestions?
