[comp.sys.ibm.pc] help with nro that was posted

		This is about comp.sys.ibm.pc artical # 3924.  I downloaded
     nro unarced it, added #include <ctype> at the top and compiled it with
     MSC V3.0.  All when well untill I tried the suggested:

			nro -man.nro nro.nro > nro.out

     which gave me a file full of **nro.unrecognizable command  .??
     Has any body else had any problems?
