*************************************************** Periodically I see sources for lot of nice utilities in this newsgroup . They are all "UUENCODED". From what I understand is that after downloading the file I have to run UUDECODE on them. Well I do not have that program. In case anyone is interested; after using the standard UUDECODE.PAS that I got from SIMTEL20, I rewrote it to speed things up as I was dowloading lots of nice stuff and it was taking me ages to uudecode it all. Result: my version is about 4-5 times faster than the original. The price one pays for this speedup is that is no longer portable and depends on MS-DOS but is that kind of a standard ? (horrible though it may be) Just send me a note if you want a copy....
