I'm sure someone else out there has taken the time to find a quick patch for floppy-disk wait-up-to-speed delay on accelerated AT computers. I'm running PCDOS 3.1, and am operating a true-blue AT at 9.6 MHz. Often I get a retry error when reading from the floppy drive because the acceleration means that delay times used to wait for the drive motor to come to speed are improper with the new timing. If I have to wade through the BIOS I'll try, but I suspect someone else has already figured out an answer. -- Don Barry Phone: (404)237-5055 2867 Ashford Rd.
