Is it possible to remove the line at the bottom of the screen that gives info about terminal type, baud rate, parity etc. When entering text, it is difficult to read what one is entering given this "info" line at the bottom of the screen ?! -- {allegra,ihnp4,linus,decvax}!utzoo!utstat!anthony {ihnp4|decvax|utzoo|utcsrgv}!utgpu!utzoo!utstat!anthony

As far as using this line for text, that is a different story... Mike Mitchell myxm@lanl.gov

It's easy to disable the display of the status line. Just go to the "Set Colors ALT-Z" menu and select the foreground color to be the same as the background color.

Try using the screen color menu to set the foreground and background colors of the bottom line to the same color. -- Jerry F.
