[comp.sys.ibm.pc] Procomm question/problem

	Is it possible to remove the line at the bottom of the screen that
gives info about terminal type, baud rate, parity etc. When entering text,
it is difficult to read what one is entering given this "info" line at the
bottom of the screen ?!

Yes, use ALT-Z to change the default color of the status line to black,
the characters to black, and highlited characters to black. As far as
using this line for text, that is a different story...

It's easy to disable the display of the status line.  Just go to the
"Set Colors  ALT-Z" menu and select the foreground color to be the
same as the background color.

Try using the screen color menu to set the foreground and background
colors of the bottom line to the same color.
