A funny thing happened to us on our way to get a laserjet II.
Well, actually the funny thing was AFTER we got the laserjet II.
The company claimed to be "the largest HP dealer in canada". We
got the thing back to the office and well, it had "NO EP CARTRIDGE"
The cartridge is supposed to be the well known canon engine. This
reminds me of the story about the guy who bought the VW with the
engine optional.
The packing list had a picture of an EP CARTRIDGE on it, but it just
wasn't in the box. The "FUSER ROLLER CLEANING PAD" was missing too.
So we called them and complained, "look guys, there is no EP CARTRIDGE
in this thing". They said "can$175.00". We said "No way, we'll send
it back". They said "ok, one EP CARTRIDGE waiting for you guys to
pick up asap".
We'll see.
(It's probably an honest mistake, more later)
