As other students, I and some friends would like to build our own computers.
For our convenience, we want to combine TV and computer monitor into one,
so that we could watch TV, connect to a VCR, and use it as a color monitor
for computer.
After many times of searching, finally we just see two of them :
- Sony KV1311 : TV/RGB monitor including IBM interface cable
its features : Mirror Black(???), Remote Control,
Sleep timer.
Price : 388.00
- Panasonic CTF-1465R : TV/RGB monitor (not including IBM interface cable)
its features : Remote Control, and ???....
Price : 269.00
Could anyone give us some advices that which one is better???
We would like to know which one is more compatible with CGA so we could
use it with any common graphic programs or games.
Frankly, we think the Sony is better, but... it is more expensive than the
other. (We preferred the Sony, because of we don't know clearly about
the Panasonic)
If you urge us that the Panasonic is better with compatible ability, so
where can we get the cable and what is its price???
Could you recommend us other monitors that better than above??
Remember that we are students, so we try to save money as much as possible.
