Can someone send me part 6 and 7 of the hack binaries submitted in comp.binaries.ibm.pc. Our version of these two parts had garbage in them making them impossible to unarc. If this is not possible, can someone let me know how to get a copy of hack? Thanks, Jim Ware jware@afit-ab.arpa

The munged uuencoded files also occured in rite-hand-man. Part 2 of that I believe. Anyway, it would appear as tho the uuencode that the comp.binaries.ibm.pc moderator is using could be messed up. Recent complaints about munged, uuencoded versions of hack and rite-hand man. I also found rhm munged, but was most disappointed when I also found astrotit damaged. There is nothing wrong with the uuencode the moderator is using, I was able to unencode and unARC the hack.arc file with no problems. ken brown kbrown@irs1

I too have had my hack binaries munged. It is in the third part. This is the path it took. Guess it's time to bug the administrators again, eh? But if the problem is at ngp, it should be fixed soon. I think they had a disk crash during finals week last session, it may have been a different machine though. But for now, could someone mail me some uuencoded binary arc'ed files, just for testing?
