[comp.sys.ibm.pc] Expanded memory driver

I would like to use a disk cache program with extended memory (on motherboard)
in my PC-AT compatable.  Is there a driver available to make extended memory
look like expanded memory (so I can use "emmcache") or is there a cache program
that works in extended memory?
