[net.general] tek4113 driver and runoff->nroff

I am currently looking for the following pieces of public-domain 
software:

	o DI-3000 driver for Tektronix 4113, written in C
	 (It comes with a driver in fortran - I prefer a driver
	  in C)
	o A DEC Runoff to Nroff/Troff translator, or Nroff/Troff macros
	  for Runoff. (there must be somebody out there who had to transfer
	  a truckload of written material from VMS or RSX to UNIX !!)
