	On a Zenith PC, <CTRL><ALT><Return> dumps you into the monitor
with the return address (for the 'g' command) pointing to your program.
Anyone know how to do it from a program (assembly, I presume)? ANY pointers
would be really helpfull. In addition, where does the bios check for
<C><A><DEL>, etc.?
