I'm sure that this has been answered before, but ... How do you cause a graphics screen dump from inside a program on an AT. For example, I want to simulate the effect of a <SHIFT PRT SCRN 0> which dumps Page 0 from my Herc card. I imagine that you use BIOS INT 5H, but how do you tell the BIOS which page to dump?
