[comp.sys.ibm.pc] reading IBM 5.25" floppys with DEC's RX50 or visa-versa

Does anyone know of a software package that will run on the IBM PC and read
files from a 5.25" floppy that have been written on DEC's RX50 running RT-11 ?

				- OR -

Is there a software package that will run under RT-11 on a DEC machine that
will read files from a 5.25" floppy written by an IBM PC ?
