[comp.sys.ibm.pc] Background Auto-back ups

Hello,
  I am looking for a program that can be run in the background
on a standard AT (or xt) that can do incremental or complete
backups of a hard disk or selected subirectories to a floppy drive.
I saw a program that could do this about a year ago, but I can not
locate the article.
