I have an IBM pc/xt with a 20Mbyte disk. I am using Venix 1.0 on it with existing applications, but currently only using 10Mbytes of the available disk space. The Venix installation only knows about 10Mbyte disk drives, and so it sets up the partition table on the disk based on this assumption. I would like to find out the rules for computing the fields in the partition table, so that I can modify the installed partition table accordingly. The last entry in the partition table is not currently used, I would like to be able to set it up to use the remaining 10Mbytes of disk space. Any information will be appreciated, -- David A.
