[comp.sys.ibm.pc] IBM PC-XT Screensaver

Does anybody have a screensaver for an IBM PC-XT?  My dad has a PC and
he would like a program (really daemon) that blanks the screen if there
hasn't been any input for a while.  When he types a character on the
keyboard then everything should come back to life.

Is this sort of thing even possible on a PC?

Please respond directly to me....I'm not a PC user and don't read this
