#N:uiucdcs:9700086:000:401 uiucdcs!acheng Jun 20 21:05:00 1984 I just got some Scotch 700 tapes (small rims) and the tapes look like inside out--the outside surface is dull while the inside is shiny. Most tapes i have seen before are the opposite. Do the Scotch people make them that way for some good reasons?
