[comp.sys.ibm.pc] Commodore 64 files --> MS-DOS

Are there any programs whether commercial or PD that allow a
PC to read Commodore 64 format discs.  The object is to salvage
some files (text) from C64 discs.  I rememmber there being a progam
called Xenocopy, but that was for CPM --> MS-DOS.
