[net.general] Boys Club needs TRS80 software

( Please read this, at least until it doesn't apply to you )

The Denver Boys Club of America has a TRS-80, which was probably
donated to them, with almost no software. It has a cassette drive.
It's probably the old original hardware, as there is no "model"
identifier on the machine ... just says TRS80.

Several of the boys would like to use the computer, but with the
lack of software it's rather useless. If you have any programs you
would be willing to donate, it would really help them out. They
are, as you might imagine, mostly interested in games. Educational
programs would also have a lot of value to them.

If you are also willing to donate the cassette for transporting
software, you can just mail it to the address given below. If
you have software but do not want to donate a cassette, or if you
have several programs and want to avoid mailing some which might
not be useful, either write to the club or respond to me by mail
and we'll work something out.

This is the perfect opportunity to unload all those TRS-80 cas-
settes you haven't used since you got your PC, Cray, or whatever!
