I think Uniform, by Micro Solutions in DeKalb, Il. will do what you
want. Release 2 works very nicely, and supports over 150 disk for-
mats.

Uniform only reads CP/M formats NOT TRS-80 disks which have an entirely different directory structure besides using F8 address marks which the PC is not set up to read. There are two programs available which are specifically designed to read TRS-80 disks on a PC: PC Cross-Zap and TRSCROSS. There is also a program called Hypercross wich runs on TRS80's and reads PC disks. Look in any issue of 80 Micro for suppliers.
