First of all, the dirstack stuff I sent out is erroneous in that the popd +n function counts from the wrong end of the stack. (This is MY fault, not David Stewart's: his implementation didn't include popd +n and I messed up in writing it.) Secondly, pushd "...with a numeric argument rotates the nth argument around to the top element and changes to it" [BSD 43. man page for csh]. But the version I sent out does an exchange of the two locations. This is also wrong. SOOOOoooo - throw the thing out. It ain't worth the bits to blow it away. And My Sincere Apologies!!!
