The other day at work I happened upon a used EPSON MX-80 printer which I wanted to use to print out dot-addressable graphics for the XT in my office. The problem was that this printer was OLD, pre IBM-PC, and did not have an IBM Graphics mode (obviously). Don't newer MX-80s do IBM dot-addressable graphics? I was wondering if I could just copy the PROM from a newer MX-80 (if I can find one) and use it on the old one. Does anyone have any experience with this printer and know if this would be possible? Thanks in advance. .---------------------------------------------------------------------------. : .----------------.
