[comp.sys.ibm.pc] Turbo Pascal timers

Has anybody got a patch to prevent the latest version of
Turbo Pascal 3 from reprogramming the PC timers?

The last version left them alone ,so the delay function
was prone to error, but at least my mouse and clock worked
correctly !
