I recently posted a request for information about obtaining a copy of
the new LIM EMS 4.0 specification. My thanks to all who replied:

My particular thanks to Brad Yearwood and Mike Gingell who provided me
with the correct Intel telephone numbers:

and especially to Charles Marslett who even offered to mail me a copy
of his. My outgoing mailer is broken, so this is the first chance I
have had to thank these gentlemen.
After finally getting through to Intel's "Information Department,"
about ten days later UPS shows up with my very own copy of The Spec!
All 193 pages of it!

Any thoughts I had had about transcribing and posting it to the net
were quickly dampened by the sheer size of it, even though their
copyright statement would have allowed it without any problem.
Oh, well, thanks again and now back to my reading. . . . .
