[comp.sys.ibm.pc] Looking for windowing / menuing package

I'm looking for a windowing package that supports pulldown
and popup nested menus.  It is to be used on XT & AT DOS
platforms, for user interface to a real-time system.

I will probably need the sources, in addition to
binary licenses ( or whatever ).

Anybody have any recommendations / bad experiences?
