[comp.sys.ibm.pc] Battery operated IBM PC for field A/D use

We want to design a battery operated system for doing GC analysis
in the field.
We have:
     1)   PhotoVac portable gas chromatograph (battery operated)
We want:
     1)   A battery operated portable computer (hopefully MS-DOS
          compatible) THAT WILL ACCEPT A STANDARD IBM PC EXPAN-
          SION CARD 
     2)   An IBM PC A/D conversion board (the expansion card
          mentioned above).
OR
     3)   A battery operated A/D converter with an RS232 output.
