The General Instrument R&D Lab in Phoenix Arizona has left the net. The Corporate Lab is being shut down. The Microelectronics division is taking over the facility. The computers are being transferred back to New York. It been a pleasure being on the net.

I am leaving the net for a while so I thought I should advise those which I my have disturbed who may wish to send flames. Also I have some interesting discussion regarding the MIDI interface for synthesizers in progress. I hope to be able to get back on the net within a couple of weeks at my new location. If not, I have enjoyed the exchanges in the last few years and hope that I have made a couple of meaningful contributions.
