[comp.sys.ibm.pc] Quick basic library question

using the Buildlib command.  The book seems to say that if you have 10
routines in your library and you want to add another, you have to remake
the whole library.  Is this true??
     Is there a way to tack a new routine to your library, without having
to remake the whole thing?
