[comp.sys.ibm.pc] Program to set colors and do keyboard reassignment in ANSI

I wrote a program to set the foreground and background colors (similar to
the "bat" file posted a while ago) and also do keyboard re-assignment.
The .EXE file and documentation is available from me if you send email.
