A friend is considering moving to the Hampton-Newport News-
Norfolk, Virginia area. Can anyone out there provide a description of
this area--how is it in terms of congestion, cost of living, climate,
social atmosphere, job opportunities, etc. Is it a nice place to live
or not? Any info appreciated.
