[comp.sys.ibm.pc] How to use Low Resolution Graphics Mode on IBM PC?

	Does anybody know how to use the low resolution mode on
	the IBM PC?  It is 100 by 160 with 16 colors and is referred
	to several times in the hardware technical reference manual
	but they say BIOS doesn't support it.

	I guess all I need to know is (1) how to get the CGA monitor in
	low resolution mode and (2) how the screen is memory mapped.
	References to books and magazines are also welcomed.
